  I went there to get a quote to fix my vehicle and Fly walked by as he was helping another customer but still greeted me and told me he'll be "right with me". I waited a few minutes and then he asked me to follow him and we went inside the office. I discovered he was the one I spoke with on the phone.
  
  We then went to look a the vehicle and he gave me the full download of what the process is as well as my options. He was very thorough and even answered my questions.
  
  One of my queries was whether I can keep the vehicle even if it was totalled and he explained the scenarios that would be involved in this decision. He was straight forward with me and my questions were direct.
  
  I made an appointment to bring my vehicle back so I'll write an update for that experience but as for the initial contact, great customer service and friendly as well.
